I just returned to Mturk after quite a hiatus, and I wonder if anyone could help me with an issue.
I am looking for the requester id for a hit that was out in the past few days called
"Relevancy survey" that paid around $13
so that I can panda it.

I did the hit on Friday but when I submitted it, it didn't go through but the hit was no longer in my queue. I have been working with the requester, and they created a dummy hit to pay me, but I cannot catch the dummy. I also asked them directly for the hit id or their requestor ID and they said they couldn't find the hit id and didn't respond about the requester ID. I am afraid they're going to give up and I am not sure what to do.

 

What's the requester name?

I don't know. Since the hit vanished from my queue I can't go back and look, and I was only able tto direcxtly email the requester rather than using mturk's e-message.

 

How were you able to email them if you don't know who they are? Just trying to understand the situation

 

Is that the exact name of the survey? Was there anything else in the title you can remember? Because I searched TurkerView by title with relevancy and relevancy survey and returned nothing.

 

When the hit vanished from my queue, I still had the final page of the survey open, which had a list of emails I could contact if I had any issue with the survey. So I simply emailed one of them explaining what happened. They responded. Of course looking back there may have been other data I should have saved, like the address bar content. But I thought emailing the requester would be enough to resolve the issue.

They definitely had a hit called "Relevance Survey 3" because they asked me to try and catch it and submit my code using that. I could never catch it though. :/
