Since its been discussed a lot recently, I just got the MTurk unavailable error and I have only 1 panda active.... so.....

 

but how fast is that little panda running? what else are you searching and scraping?

 

its running at default, pre rate is 0.1%
scraping incoming hits as normal... wasn't doing anything else related to mturk

 

Just a conspiracy theory, but I wonder if they flag accounts for excessive page requests.
