Nah, for me they did. Sometime around the beginning of the year they started a daily auto cashout maximum. That's about when their problems all started. But I had issues with prolific for most of late Jan/early Feb because I was making a shit ton of money from a couple reqs. I just want bank transfers. it'd be so much easier and cheaper.

So connect is the same as the Cloud Research people, which is a group of acedemic researchers... that were similar to the people involved with Turkopticon.

Those blowhard requesters/academic researchers always reminded me of this.. I am glad that they are posting work though on whichever platform. Not surprising they are arguing with PayPal lol.

I don't remember how it happened, but I just rediscovered PaidViewPoint. I think I used to get an email from them whenever a survey was available for me. I hadn't done anything for them since 2019 and I had a $5.40 balance. I think they used to only offer gift cards as payment. I did a .10 survey for them today and cashed out $5.50 via PayPal.

If that's the case it may be MTurk all over again meaning no daily payouts. Hopefully not, but I would prefer bank transfers. I don't like having money in my Paypal because if it disappears, its gone!

I'd rather have transfers just because I'm lazy and like the automation/not needing to think about it. But I think if I relied on what I made each day to live and needed it asap I'd think differently so I understand why some people don't want it to change.
