One of the mayors in my state did this. He went to prison, got out and won re-election in 2015 and has won multiple elections since. He tried running for governor but lost in the primary. It's crazy. You can lose your right to vote if you're a felon but not the ability to run for and hold public office...that is decided by votes.

yes. i'm currently not bothering to withdraw b/c i have concerns about it getting stuck in limbo. this may be a mistake, who knows? i'm new to Connect so my pending amount is barely anything.

 

Personally I am not worried about losing my Connect money. I expect it to resolve. Agreed with what @SamAnt said regarding it prob being Paypal restrictions on transactions due to their acct prob being too new relative to the activity
