In case anyone doesn't know, you can hover over the hourly rate in Connect to see the actual average hourly rate compared to what the req said it would be



I find that when the req overstates their payrate, its usually a shit show

Only thing is, if you have time to check the payrating, its probably a crap hit anyway

Also, it includes people returning the study without completing in the averaged time. So if someone gets to page 1 and its a big writing prompt, returns, it will show they completed it in 1 minute. Usually when I see ridiculous rates above 30/hr its a sign that everyone is returning it
