looks like one of the errors received while MTurk is down

Solution: wait for Mturk to not be down

You can see in the screenshot error it even says the msg "Mturk is temporarily unavailable"

Its not a QBC issue, its an MTurk down issue

 

But if I can't make QBC sync with mturk as every time it does, it goes refresh error. QBC won't save settings. Asks OTP every time I open it, tries to sync, goes tits up. What do I do?

Don't try to do anything at all until the error goes away which you can check by trying to load your queue or dashboard. When its working again, open up QBC and let it sync

I've gotten that error before and all I have to do is wait for the site to come back up. However, you cannot use QBC while its down and if you try it, it will just keep giving errors or crash

 

It would be nice tho if QBC could get an update to detect that error msg from MTurk and avoid issues with QBC when its down
