I haven't used it much yet myself and I just renewed for another month with QBC, maybe I'll check it out more next month depending on how things go

But @malysa says she hardly ever gets that error and that's how she uses it

Personally, I think the catchers are only partially related to the problem if they are at all

 

I use them both at the same time and don't get throttled.

 

It's not worth it. It's mostly people complaining about hits they've done, nothing productive about actual work. And yeah, mostly edgelords.

I would imagine the mturk reddit is much worse than the prolific+connect
