    I've seen more surveys that have bubbles with a sliding scale of strongly agree to strongly disagree where both ends saying the same thing. Either that or saying 1 being xyz and 5 being abc, but failing to label which bubble corresponds to which number.

    I got a bonus today for a survey I didn't finish because I got through all the instructions only to be faced with a blank page. So I returned it, thinking I had wasted my time. It was a nice surprise to get the bonus.
