I...think mine was 2014? It honestly never occurred to me to keep track of the date.
(it wasn't such a big deal back then, lots of people got it. Pepperidge Farm remembers)

 

Do you find that you are receiving this issue a lot more in general or just today? I ask, because today seems to be a bad day for this issue, as I'm getting it while submitting penny hits that I caught manually in the main MTurk queue. I've been lowering my speeds all day, and the issue still continues to annoy me. I'm trying to work on Prolific as much as possible today to avoid this issue on MTurk, but its slow except for the unpaid studies that I keep working on. Ugh.

When you accept a study, but haven't answered any questions yet and receive the following message:

"Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, you do not qualify for our study."

What response, I wasn't asked any questions nor was there even a consent form. I think that one was either broken or it wasn't meant to be routed to my Prolific queue in the first place.
