I've never tried chorizo in my chili but that sounds delicious. Love my chili spicy

 

ive done it a few times with reg beef chili and with chicken chili. I tended to go 2:1 with beef/chicken:chorizo ratio. turns out really good

 

I love it but it's kind of like when my roommate buys a shit ton of ground turkey, cut it with ground beef. it's so good though, especially if you get really good spiced chorizo cause that matters a lot too.
