This is an academic survey and is part of a study conducted by Francesca Gino, Stephanie Creary, and Anne Marie Green at Harvard Business School. The purpose of the study is to understand effective arguments for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace. You will be asked to read arguments on behalf of DE&I, as well as basic demographic questions. There is an attention check in this survey.
