I see issues with ID codes, participant and study ID's, are not being populated into the study nor the URL. I've had to replace "{PROLIFCID#}" for example in a prepopulated text field with my actual user ID. I have not had any issues receiving a completion code for my work. Two of the four studies I have done today have already been approved.

Edit: I just saw a completion code get carried over from a study using Google Forms, which normally I always have to manually copy and paste the code over. It looks like they are working on improvements, and might have messed up something along the way.

Oh I did notice that as well, and then even though it did that and it even said it was approved, the study remained accepted and I still had to copy and paste and submit.

On Prolific I had a study I did not complete yet show up as already completed when I clicked on it, then it showed up as returned. Then I completed a survey and got a code, only to find there was already a code input by the system; then when I went to do another survey, the survey with the weird code was still active and needed to be submitted, with no code, twice. I think I should just stay off of there today.
