    Someone has created a bot to grab all the work on Prolific. I just saw a new assignment with over 800 places that said it allows multiple submissions, and I clicked on it and it was gone. I can't imagine the requester wanted the same person to do all 800.

    I don't think it's possible, there's no way to queue up that many hits. I think Prolific is just hot and hundreds of people are working on the platform. This bot stuff is way overrated.

    Not sure about that. It popped up about an hour ago too and the thousand they had posted were gone by the time I refreshed. The same thing happened a few minutes ago. Maybe the requester is having problems and is pulling it? If it's a bot, or bots, they're definitely returning them.

    You're not supposed to be able to queue on Prolific, that's what I'm saying. But it's being done. I should have said a script rather than a bot.

    How is it being done?
    It shouldn't be hard to believe hundreds of people are just grabbing those hits or the requester is adjusting them.
    Prolific works hard to maintain a fair platform and as far as one person grabbing a large number of hits, I'd have to see it to believe it.
