Was my dog! Rescue; traveled with me up and down the US for several years! I know everyone thinks their dog is special but that really was the weirdest most damaged dog I'd ever been around. Was terrified of absolutely everything. Hated kids and any animal no matter how small. Hated water so I had to mix water in with his food to make sure he would get some. Always slept through car rides. Just eventually stopped eating sadly. I took it to a vet in TN and in KY. Neither could figure out what was wrong with him. This is an old photo now, I've thought a few times about changing it but I keep deciding just to keep him around a bit longer xD

 

This was my Annie. Mix of setter and corgi... from KY. Wow they look similar. She died last year at 18. Loved kids and water!

 

Awee, super cute! Mine had a bit more brown in the body but the faces are nearly identical! I have no idea how old mine was. I spent a couple months exploring KY state parks, Cumberland etc. Beautiful place! Seems everyone I met had a different theory to what sort of dog it was but I wouldn't guess setter or corgi!

 

Got her from a farm down the 127. South of Frankfort but north of Danville. They had English Setter and a Corgi who took a liking to each other. Annie had short tail, so we always laughed that if she was a good pointer we'd still have to look at legs, because tail wouldn't react!
