Occasionally there are HITS to go in and collect email addresses and telephone numbers of of Facebook account holders.
As Turkers we do HITs to get those numbers up (# of approved and $$$).
I'm not trying to pass judgement, we all gotta eat!
But does anybody know if going into someone's personal Facbook page and collecting someone's email address ad telephone number for a requester is a policy violation? A requestor generating a mailing list is one thing, but the harmful uses such information could be used for leaves me wondering.
If the info was coming from business accounts, I wouldn't see any issues.
Maybe I'm just old? what do you guys think?

    Yeah, I've been pondering it.
I think Amazon maintains some standards for its requestors, so like an evil-minded individual intending to send mass mailings to these people isn't likely to happen.
I've only got 17 HITS so far today.
I'm beginning to empathize with corporations on the verge of bankruptcy who decide its better to stay in business than to save the plant!
