If I have code that looks like
i=1;
$('input[value="something"]').eq(i).click();

and then I'm using i as a variable (which I'm incrementing), can I change the i to a function? What I'm trying to figure out is instead of having variable with an integer stored as the eq selector index can I use a function instead?

Something like

$('input[value="something"]').eq(addnumbers(3,13)).click();

function addnumbers(a, b) {
return a + b;
}

 

Just a heads up. It is a good idea to throw code into [code] brackets so that they show up nicely and the forum doesn't try to fuck with it.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I don't know what I'm doing. I keep using TurkOpticon for reviews and that helps, but I haven't been able to figure out anything about this panda and stuff everyone keeps talking about. Does it automatically reserve hits for you?
