I just never think about them and when/if they come I . I have noticed that the past year or more they actually follow through more often then I experienced in years past.

I know that @ChrisTurk has a script to keep track of them for VRAPIs but I honestly don't keep track of them at all myself.

 

Same here, I don't count them towards my goals and all and get really happy when I get an email for them.

usually my policy but it was $3 and real life has really screwed with my PE this week and car payment is due. The struggle between principles and bills

 

I log every bonus over $1 in a gmail draft and delete them as they pay off. Once a month I fire off a form letter to every requester on the list. I've got a few on there dating back to 2016 unfortunately.

 

Just kinda roll with it and assume they'll pay out. I know I've probably missed out on a bunch of bonuses that I'm supposed to have gotten. Not pointing any fingers or anything but ahem ahem mcdermott

Yeah those nips went away in a flash and never paid the last bit of bonuses to people.
