If it makes anyone feel better...

There's a $400 HIT floating around. I managed to grab it. It involves having a 4 hour conversation in person with a physician, to be recorded on a special app for AI training purposes. This might make someone's day, but I think for 99.9% of us, accomplishing the task is wildly impractical. So if you can't grab it, no reason to let that spoil your mood.

 

Just got it myself. Have no use for it, much less for a 4hr long sesh.

 

Was it just up as a $400 HIT, or a small qualification HIT?

I did the $120 Pandemic Board Game study last month (involved playing a game for 6 hours); that was my highest HIT to date.

 

what are the quals? I caught it but it seems too good to be true. what location does someone have to be in?

 

I just accidentally submitted the $400 hit.

 

I just checked my email and they didn't email me anything. the $400 hit people. what am I supposed to be doing???

 

why is it wildly impractical for most people?

 

I emailed the $400 hit requester to ask how to do the work for the hit. they haven't emailed me back. so I think it's going to get rejected.

300 minutes is the timer on the $400 hit. if that helps some people time when to be around and turn on that panda. if I'm mathing right, that's 5 hours before it starts expiring out of people's queues.

can someone pls post or pm me the instructions for the $400 hit? it's up now. I can't see the instructions because I already submitted the hit. is there a link I was supposed to go to or something?

 

The goal is to train an ASR model using synthetic medical conversations recorded in a clinical setup between physicians and patients. The requirement is 4 approved hours of speech, with 2 speech hours for the doctor and 2 for the patient.

Maybe he'll ignore it and it will auto approve for you.

 

I mean I need the instructions from within the hit window. it says how to generate a user name and password. it also says to copy elsewhere the user name and password. I did those things. but then I clicked the button at the bottom that said submit or next or something similar. there was probably other text/instructions on the page that I didn't see. I have the generated user name and password but no other information.

that is with the user name and password that is generated in the $400 hit. if someone knows what the link to the app is or whatever other information, that would be really helpful. as well as all other instructions from the hit. okay I'm done posting about it now I hope you guys are all having an awesome Fourth of July and having an easier time turking than me if you are turking today!
