We used tabletop simulator and the TH discord to play a card game (superfights) and chat- it was a good time!

I enjoyed superfight last night but I'd definitely like to branch out. At the end of the night you could tell people just didn't have the energy for it any longer.

 

Everyone was jelly that we were kicking their asses! But yeah, we need to diversify and have options.

 

We most likely won't be playing superfight next week because it is always a good idea to try new stuff and tabletop sim has a lot of options.

At some point I would love to try something closer to DnD. I don't think that we would ever be able to run a long campaign but a single day thing is totally doable.

I'll consider doing something like that when a lot of people are busy because you can't have a huge group for more complicated stuff like that.

 

I totes saw Cards Against Humanity Just sayin. Also, yeah, tons of other cool nerd stuff.

 

I'd be down for everything. i know cards against humanity is always a good time, as long as it's not overdone (5 sessions in a row kind of thing).

I am 800% down for CAH.. But I remember seeing a rule on reddit that limited the badness/longness of the game now I forgot it.. but I'm sure its findable.

The only house rules I normally use is that you can discard your hand fairly often as long as it is after you have played a card and the haiku card is removed.

 

Agreed. I had a group of friends that all loved to play CAH and so every weekend we'd get hammered and play it.
This was me every round after I lost interest.
