@mypaperheart I am seeing al the MTG batches, and I wonder why I/we have so few lol. happy turking

 

I emailed through the Amazon payments customer support form twice on Thursday as well as emailed the [email protected] email daily Thursday through Saturday. I’ve also been loudly tweeting at the AWS customer service on a daily basis (with no response there).

 

Well, my brother is going to the hospital (he has cancer) and I'm going with him. I hope everyone gets reinstated now. See everyone later. Good luck!

Okay, then it does sound like a true ban/suspension would mean not being able to accept any hits on Mturk, which obviously one would imagine. Those who are currently "suspended" but can accept the $0.00 hits are not truly suspended from Mturk, and there's very much likely a bug somewhere.

I'm so happy they fixed the issue for you! I hope everyone else has the issue resolved and I really hope they implement something where this doesn't occur yet again down the line.

I tried again a few moments ago and still not working, but I'll keep trying and report back if anything changes. I have not tried accepting the $0 hits though.

I wasn't sure if I would send a message, but maybe they're going through emails and re-instating those first. Other than the issue that affected everyone the other day, I've only had problems again today and it's the Amazon Payment Suspension page, no emails received from mTurk other than ironically, a payment has been is being sent to my bank account today message.

FYI, for anyone that hasn't done it recently, assuming you still have some access to your account. Backup all your MTurk stuff and screenshot your Dashboard just in case. You should be doing the backup regularly, but with the glitches occurring, truly, better safe than sorry.
