that's a lot better than them going "we don't know and it's not our fault!"

hang tight, hopefully we'll see more and more people fixed as time progresses.

 

Canned response or not, them saying they're aware there's an issue is much better than the norm. I know it's frustrating, but keep the faith, you'll get back soon.

 

Coincidentally I just got this message, so I'd just give them some more time

The account registered to this email shows it's fully active and the Amazon Pay account is not suspended. We are aware of many Amazon Pay account suspensions happening, but it appears yours was resolved before I received your case. You should be able to use your account as normal.

So it looks like they are still manually reviewing and fixing these accounts.

 

Just checked before going to bed and see that i am still suspended. Ugh! I'm scared.

 

EXACTLY the same for me. Days ago with Payments & Turkopticon, Today with Mturk, and again today with Payments. No response from anyone.

 

Happy Labor Day everyone Hope the weather was nice where you are.

I just logged on to MTurk and discovered my suspension is over. I've been checking by going to my Transfer History from the Dashboard. It was giving me the suspension message for a few days, but no message and I can see my history. So I then tried to do a Glombardo HIT and it went through!

Congrats on everyone else whose been unsuspended as well! Everyone else hang in there; I'm sure it'll be over soon.

Edit: I should also mention Amazon/Amazon Payments has not responded to my email I sent through their contact form. So can't say when I would have found out if I kept waiting for that. Don't drive yourselves crazy but probably best to continue to check MTurk once in a while for yourselves.

 

I got a reply from only MTurk today. I sent the message thru their form yesterday, so about 24 hours. So don't be alarmed at not getting a response from anyone, it's not necessarily a sign of anything.

 

Thanks for having me here guys, I'm hoping everyone gets back to normal soon!

 

Maybe I'll pop in again, I miss talking to fellow turkers
