Not at home right now so sorry if Someone already posted this but just got an email from Amazon about suspension also says to reach out if you got a permanent ban after following thier advice to start a second account.

Dear Workers,
We hope this email finds you well.

We have read every email, and all cases have been reported, but it has been challenging to keep up with everyone. We have received more than 280 emails reporting the issue between Amazon Payments and Amazon Mechanical Turk.

For those of you who are unaware, we know of some workers whose suspensions have been reinstated and who can now work again on the platform, but a big part of the situation is still waiting for a resolution.

For those who still haven't done so, we recommend you contact [email protected] to report the issue.

We encourage you to check your MTurk accounts to see if your status has changed. Some workers who are able to work on the platform again never received a response from Amazon. Please let us know.
Also, we would like to know from those who were permanently banned for having two accounts after following Amazon's instructions on creating a new one.

We will keep pushing for a resolution for all workers affected.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

I wonder if this issue is related to the problem requesters had with their payment accounts. It would be cool if this could be fixed for everyone, and maybe we would have more requesters coming back.

 

Got my amazon payments suspended, unsuspended, and suspended again. Anybody else have this happen?
