we saw the vet! They confirmed he’s male. They can’t do any vax/screening yet due to his age and weight - estimated 6 weeks and verified at 1lbs 5oz. He’s underweight and they’re concerned the toll the vaccinations will take on him at his current health. We have to wait another two weeks to get vaccines and test panels.

He was dewormed during the office visit. We were prescribed 2 weeks liquid antibiotics for URI. Also got a single dose of revolution for any parasites including the known fleas. They didn’t detect any ear mites but I think they’re there just due to how dirty his ears were. The revolution should take care of them too if they’re present. Also got a prescription antibiotic for his eyes.

He’s resting on his heating pad, going to give him a little time to buffer between the visit and when we start up meds this evening. Will send a photo later before we do our first round of medication

 

Question: What is the biggest bonus you have ever received from a requestor? Line them up people. lol

 

YAY all happy things happening so far! I hope he takes his medication. the healthier he gets, the more he might fight about having to take medicine. but he is getting so healthy and making so many new friends he doesn't even know about!

 

I don't know about biggest, but the first bonus I ever got was 1 cent b/c the requester wanted to contact me.

A bunch of us got banned on Turk for our 120 dollar bonuses around December. Around 2019 I got a bonus of around 800 dollars from a long lost requester for a two week long project.
