09/24 - Totally Tuesday

I usually only block good HITs instead, because I'm very compassionate and caring and want to leave the good HITs for the other turkers, so I only do the shitty ones.

 

They rejected all of the hits and I have reached out to Mturk to remove them. The requester added a statement explaining that they designed their project incorrectly and rejected every hit on purpose. If you have a second, you can send the Mturk team a message about them and hopefully they will consider it.

 

This happened week before last, if I remember correctly, so I am more than likely out of time because it's been that long..

 

MTurk team? Never heard of them.
But if you contact this requester you have a good shot at getting them overturned.

 

halp I just did the whole survey from requester Researcher and there is no way to submit the hit as far as I can figure out

 

Was it a SurveyMonkey embedded survey inside the iFrame? If so, you can't submit those.

 

there has to be a way or else it is a scam! it pays $7.00 and I did the whole thing

I got a survey completion code is this requester a scammer? surveyMonkey in the hit window.

 

Well, you can contact the requester and give them the code at the end of the survey and your MTurk ID and ask to create a compensation HIT for you, I guess. But I don't think you'll be able to submit it. Also, how tf did you not see SpartaX have the same problem on the previous page, lmao? You even reacted to one of my responses to him.

 

I completed this survey. The Survey Monkey survey loads within the HIT window on Mturk. There is nowhere to put the survey completion code. The HIT cannot be submitted.

Can you please set up a compensation hit for me? My survey completion code is blah and my Mturk ID is blah

those hits can't be submitted either. I just tried one.

 

oh well I will check mturk again later. there were really really good fast batches earlier, so maybe it will get better again later.

 

Technically I'm like 69% sure that there's a way to submit absolutely any HIT (and even include completion code too). Could probably write the code pretty quickly, but since I can't turk I can't really test it (and it would definitely need some very specific testing), so .

 

I am looking into the cloud research site.... going to give it a try and see how it does. I mean why not... nothing to lose at this point.

 

Here's what I got when I requested a poem written in the style of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet:
