You can either download it and then upload as your avatar or just copy/paste the link and press Import when choosing new avatar. It'll take like 10-15 seconds for the forum to actually update your avatar to a GIF, so just give it some time lol. I guess CT had to slash some costs, so the server that updates profile pics is now being powered by a hamster in a wheel in his basement.

Each recording is associated with a spectrogram representing the energy distribution across time and frequencies. The goal is to mark the time and frequency ranging in which there is a bird and the times in which there is an airplane. See video demonstration.
Use the provided interface to annotate the bird and plane audio events as best you can. First, listen to the provided audio and view the corresponding spectrogram, then draw boxes around birdsong and plane noise in the spectrogram. Be as precise as you can.
THIS IS A PRELIMINARY TEST. Workers that complete all 15 segments will receive a small bonus to increase the total compensation. Workers that complete all 15 segments AND perform very well will move onto the next round of higher-paying annotation.

this took awhile to learn. then I go to do the first qual hit. and I realize there is no way to go back in the audio/video! so you have to wait until the entire video ends, then replay the entire video over and over again until you get the markers all in and in the right places! so I returned it. waste of time! but if anyone can figure out how to go back to whatever point in the video would be useful to you to listen/relisten/annotate/relisten or whatever, please let me know. this qual isn't worth it unless that can be done.
