does this mean guys like veal parmesan a lot? or hate veal parmesan completely?

do you mix the spaghetti sauce in first, then freeze it? or boil and drain the pasta, then freeze it without sauce? I guess I would have to do it that way because I like creamy pasta sauces. then defrost in the fridge then...add water and boil or microwave? this seems like something I would want to try.

 

I'm trying to cut back on spending this month, so I'm not having anything particularly fancy - just an A5 wagyu beef steak with white alba truffle sauce, a couple matsutake mushrooms, a side of albino sturgeon caviar, and a bottle of 1995 Chateau Petrus Bordeaux.

 

I just want to know how to do frozen spaghetti. it seems like it would dry out and stay that way. also I have made my own spaghetti from scratch. I wonder if I can freeze those raw or cooked and then boil them on the stove. this is making me homesick for my apartment lol.

 

I make extra spaghetti sauce and freeze the sauce in a ziploc freezer bag about 1 cup per bag. Then when I want to eat it, I thaw out however many bags and boil up however many servings of noodles I need. It's quick to boil the pasta fresh, it's the sauce that takes a lot of time so this is still really time saving!

 

I do the opposite I make the noodles from scratch and use sauce from a jar lol! your way sounds really good though. I want to try that when I go home.

 

My daughter has celiac disease so I buy gluten free noodles, not sure if I want to mess with trying to make those from scratch lol. But yeah, spaghetti sauce is easy to make in a big batch from scratch and freeze! Definitely give it a try! Where are you at right now?

I've been at my elderly parents' new house since jan. 2020. but I'm always trying to figure out how to unload the useless people around my parents so I can go back to my real home which is my old apartment.
