I have a bunch of $ in prolific that I need to do ASAP but a horrible sinus headache... someone remind me that it's nearly the first of the month and I need to get my ass in gear.

iirc aleve and advil are both anti-inflammatory. could help a lot about 15-30 min after you take it. until you can get to a dr. for antibiotics to really get rid of it.

what about hot peppers or hot sauce to blow the stuff out of your nose?

 

Yeah, totally tried that after I hit $60 today and lets just say progresso spicy chicken tortilla sucks. It's spicy but that's about all. honestly it tastes like really watered down chili. mostly spice and cumin but shitty. I literally almost threw up after the first bite and I love spicy and cumin. I ate the two grilled cheese I made though so YAY! Probably gonna make a chicken sandwich and drown it in Louisiana hot sauce. Good looking on the anti inflammatory. That'd be good for my healing broken toes from last week anyways. Ooooh, I've felt so shitty today that I forgot to mention, my roommate bought me biofreeze on his insurance!!! I'm not sure it's a cold, I think it's just the weather changing. I've always been allergic to Kentucky but it's especially bad every time the weather changes. Living in a valley sucks because everything bad comes in but can't get out. If only I could live in your bougie ass hood

I would really, really at least try 1-2 aleve or if you don't have any, advil. just be careful with aleve because you can't take as many as other pain relievers in the same amount of time. it's like 2 for the first 12-24 hours or something, and then 1 each time after the first dose.

I would suggest boiling water on the stove, then stand in the kitchen near the boiling pot to get the steam. but I tried this before. it just burned my face and made my skin freak out, didn't do anything for my sinuses.

 

OH @malysa try zyrtec! if it's allergies, the zyrtec will both help and will make you fall asleep for like 8-12 hours.
