    I have some sort of lumbar spine issue going on. Waiting for the x-ray to come back. Might need an MRI. Basically, I can't twist my body for any reason and I can't grab shit off the very bottom shelf at the grocery store without experiencing pain. I woke up last night because I tossed and turned and twisted... So I was wide awake and didn't fall back asleep til about 6am.
