06/16 - Fast Friday!

I am trying to watch what I eat and am doing much better with not eating out and watching my portions. I am doing well with avoiding processed sugars and bad fats. I think I am doing well diet wise...still room for improvement but making good progress thanks. I do think the physical activity will help though as well. I think it is especially helpful because of the Lyme and help eliminate some of the joint pain but I also have to find the right things to do to get beyond the joint pain to start. And all the extra weight doesn't help the joint pain.

Question for MTS, Is it possible to toggle on/off the Best/Worst Case scenario? I looked in the settings and checked, but I couldn't find the right feature.


I'm pretty sure it's MTS cause I didn't install Best/Worst script.
