    Well, I already walked past him and put my finger on my nose, which is what I do when he is saying "UHMMM," too much. But, we can pretend it's just because I took my headphones off to go to the kitchen.

    But seriously, he says uhmmmm nonstop sometimes and told me to let him know when he's doing it so he doesn't sound like an ass. In return, he signals me when I'm not making enough eye contact in social situations.

    I assume people lost the qual after the validation HITs, but I haven't seen a single person complain about it. @humbleturker have you seen anyone on MTC say they lost theirs?

    If quals didn't get pulled, I'm moderately nervous for a pay drop because the HITs have been getting chewed up so its not lack of doing.
