06/27 - Topping off Tuesday!

Matt and I were comparing itineraries for the next 10 days. He's going to do some survival hike thing in the Alaskan wilderness where he has to be prepared to fight a rabid bear with a pocketknife or whatever while I'm having my body wrapped in dead sea mud and getting a massage while drinking a bottle of Taittinger. I'll let you decide which of us will have a more relaxing time.

I guess what I don't understand is why requesters use those sorts if quals at all?

Like, it costs you more as the requester, and you could just have a one item screener, do you do X yes/no. I mean, it's not as though amazon sends its crack team of cyber sleuths to see if workers were honest when filling in the basic profile stuff, so if the concern is getting false data you're as likely to be burned by amazon as by somebody lying on your own internal screener.

 

I would be resting in peace if I ran in to a bear.
