    Still gonna argue that the best practice is to keep it all, then take note of all "for charity" bonuses and then donate the lump sum + extra at the end of the month to a carefully selected charity with minimal overhead.

    My guess is that they are trying to track you down so they can hold it ransom until you agree to give half.
