I've been re writing the same question as many times as I can, all of mine has been accepted but I probably have a much smaller sample size than other people.

 

I think they are easier if you write them as one conversation rather than 5 separate questions and a single answer it gives you more options

 

Oh yeah I guess you can also just write nonsense as long as you mention to click the link provided in the email.

 

Only if you're a terrible person, who likes to screw over good requesters of course.

"Well, it was me, what the hell should I do?" thats something you can use as the first part of the chat

 

You're supposed to pretend you're the recipient of that email/text message and respond back, then you pretend you're the Bot and make a reply to your initial response. I hope that made sense, I'm bad at explaining things.

 

But you're not supposed to use a url in the response? I don't see how there could possibly be 5 total responses to any possible question regarding this scenario

I mean, that's literally the only answer I can think of for the bot response.

 

Just try to rewrite the same question multiple times but while still making sense and try to motivate the customer to click the link. My best advice is to put your self in the customers shoes and pretend you just got an email telling you someone requested a password reset one of your social media accounts for example. You can ask questions or be angry, just get creative lol.

edit: You can say "click the link to resolve your issue" instead of pasting the actual URL
