I heard that, I'll have to go buy some. Only original and only dawn right?

The Original blue kind is very soapy. The soapiness helps kill them I guess.

I am currently waging war with those lil' guys. Even with frequent baths and flea combs, I am losing. Keep an eye out for the eggs. They look like little black sand. I flush them down the toilet or they spawn endlessly.

Diatomaceous earth is apparently good at getting rid of them if they're breeding in your house and not just on your pets. If you're dealing with an infestation, I'd look into it. Also, I use a topical flea preventative for my dog and haven't had any issues with fleas, on him at least. My sister's dog is very flea prone, though thankfully I don't have to deal with her anymore.

    Unless your dog is doublecoated.

Yeah in that case the best thing would prob be the dawn soap I would assume and if you can find some flea treatment that would be okay to give to a puppy of his weight put that on afterwards.

I used to but you slowly lose your quality rating so your bonus goes down and it gets to a point where it isn't worth it anymore.

Yeah, my little guy has been reacting negatively to some of the flea stuff I got (soresto collar and adam's flea and tick spray) and the other stuff (advantage and frontline) didn't work at all. I am near the beach and there is a lot of sand everywhere so it is tough dealing with them. We also go on like 5 walks a day and they seem to jump on him during each one.

I am looking into more natural remedies atm, but frequent baths and flea comb works well. I have a headlamp that I wear when I begin the extermination lol. My pup sees me put it on and runs.

I know there's some essential oils that repel fleas/mosquitos(heartworms is a big one here), but I also hear some dogs and cats can have allergic reactions to them, so I'd do some thorough research before getting into them.

Sounds kind of like ProductRnR ratings, where they keep going down no matter how well you think you're doing, until you can't work for them anymore.
