hey so i had a quick question a while back i did a hit that took roughly 30 mins to do. However the timer was set at 30 mins and the survey had loading issues and I finished the survey maybe like 30 seconds after. I contacted the requester and now he claims that Ive been paid for it. But I;m not sure if you can get paid on a hit that you never submitted and you let expire? Is that right?

Requesters can send money to your account if they have Mturk ID, if he says you've been payed for it already I would check bonus's to make sure its right.

 

You still need to have submitted a HIT to be sent a bonus.
