Allow Copy is useful for some surveys that turn copy permission off on the survey code.

@Ethraiel - chrome updated to 60....and broke OW I think. Or maybe this is a feature? OW is getting halted because of PRE's? Is this a new feature? It keeps putting "Page request error detected, pausing Overwatch for 7 seconds 429" into the console....

 

I'm glad people are learning this is the true explanation for all things.
