True, but it's what most organizations ask you to put in your profile now. For many, it's not something they just come up with on their own, but a suggestion made to them if they are on social media. But nothing prevents them from firing you if they think its warranted.

 

They may have to have it there because of where they work or a contractual obligation they have though.

 

I was the token yankee last night. One lady's stepson was visiting from Brooklyn and they legit shoved me towards him to showcase the fact hip, young folks are in the town now. Joke's on them, I'm not hip and I immediately mocked the fact he was living in hipster AF greenpoint.
