    As long as the convenience store/gas station is open and the lotto machine is still connected before the nightly shut down (the shut down happens server side of the lottery commission), you should be able to buy tickets up until 5 minutes before the drawing, IIRC. The machine will actually tell them if the lotto will not permit any more tickets, and I believe it's the 5 minute mark. I worked at a Sheetz when I was 18 and PA peeps loooooooove their lotto tickets.
