Lol, I though the same after accepting the HIT is it really worth taking my laptop out the bag, or stealing the wireless keyboard and touch pad from my entertainment center...? I broke down and just remoted into my desktop from the laptop to do it.

 

tbh I just returned it.

 

Well the laptop bag was about 5 feet away and it was on standby, the entertainment center about 30 feet away. I would need some rope, a flashlight. a few days rations, a hope and a prayer attempting to retrieve that USB dongle from that wiring loom. So laptop for the $1.00 plus a few steps towards exercise, so I guess that was win, win?
