No idea man, this hit ran like a dream for me and I got a code no problem. @Randomacts got that same page last night it seems, but I think he is sleeping.

Yea I submitted the hit with my own code and then emailed them the code and a screenshot.

There was all this stuff about preserving anonymity at the beginning of the survey but then you probably get half the respondents emailing about problems and thus giving up their identity if they didn't use a throwaway email.
