I've updated my TV review to reflect everything. I also added a lengthy TO (which I rarely use) to reflect his communication and sincerity. We communicated numerous times via e-mail (which is rare now a days with most requesters). This requester was truly apologetic and feels really bad. I did suggest that they join here for guidance and recommendations in the future. I would definitely complete future HITs for them.

It is soft enough for most people that I have talked to, I think in 15 years the only person I had complain was a woman that was to be nice pushing 500lbs and complained about almost everything. I once delivered her a table and the bottom of the table like the place that most people stick their gum had a scratch on it and she refused to accept delivery.
