    They gave me Trazadone as a sleep aid - 150MG - that stuff at that MG will knock you out. With all the other meds I'm on it was way too much. My Mother and Father take it too now. It's really safe. But there is nothing but Benzos that will work on a Anxiety/Panic Disorder case as bad as mine and I am over the max levels taking Xanax and Valium piggyback

    I struggle with anxiety too and have for along time. I went through cognitive therapy and read a lot about it. That's really helped me change the way my brain works and not have to be medicated. I used to get panic attacks for even walking out of the house.

    I tried Cognitive therapy in 2003, and 2007, under two different doctors. I have had many psychologists but kept the same Psychiatrist since 2012 and that seems to be helping a bit with his pharmatherapy. I would LOVE to be off the pills cause I hate to be tied to a damn drugstore all my life
