    Yea at least each month you will feel like the money is actually going somewhere. I had a place when I was younger that just pissed me off each month I wrote that check. So once the lease was up I serious went out and bought a place for my last two years of college and flipped it and made all of my money back and then some minus some maintenance costs.

    I grew up in the country, moved to the cit-tay for 12 years, got sick of it, and moved back.
