I have been so lax on my turking this last week or so, and with PT tomorrow it'll be Zs or bust... so hard to get back into the rhythm I had before the dislocation

What you need to get her is this super effective herbal remedy: 1 part strongest tasting herbal sleepy tea you can find, 1 mg dissolved Xanax, honey to taste. She'll sleep like a log! Boom. Problem solved.
