Hm.. went to make fun of this since you haven't really been alive long enough to use the term.. but I guess it is technically correct. Probably didn't spend a lot of time coding in the decades before you were born I imagine..

 

I'm 40. My last actual classroom in coding was Turbo Pascal III in 10th grade in High School. It was for DOS.

 

Nope. No difference. Or quicker before if you consider you didn't have to wait for transfer time to AMP.

 

Aren't bank transfers faster these days though? The whole 24 hour or w/e it was thing that was mandated recently.

 

It was the same without delays, next day funds in bank account. When it happened it was the equivalent shitstorm that the shutdown of www. will be. Everyone lost their minds.

 

The hot game of the year when I was in Turbo Pascal III class was Star Control 2. The modular music in that with actual sound samples blew our 1992 minds away.

 

It was always in my account the next morning just like now.

And it was also a shitstorm when they instituted captchas. Consider the freedom of no captchas that Masters have now. And then add them in every 35 HITs. Cause that's what happened. No one had them and then almost everyone had them. It didn't quite go over well.

 

That actually happened again when they added the demo questions.
