    Caffeine has a half life of around 6 hours, so 18 hours from the time you drink your coffee, you still have 1/8 in you. That's enough to disturb your sleep to the point where you feel like you need a bunch of caffeine to get through the next day, and the cycle continues...

    Yes, she pigged out on food apparently which was making her miserable all morning. She rarely upchucks and looks so upset about it happening.

    I know this feel.

    There have been very few times in my life that I did not have at least two animals in my house. I'm that person who is always acquiring a new pet because I've either found it abandoned or someone I know got into more than they could handle and the animal is not in a good position there.

    Sometimes I curse the stresses of paying for them and worrying about them (I notice more than I probably should when it comes to behvioral changes, and I worry a lot), and the time they take away from other things that I want to do or have to do. But then they snuggle up to me. Or they do something adorable. Or they are soft. Or they listen to my bullshit and still love me. Or they are simply happy to see me come home. And I just melt and it's all worth it.

    One of the ways it increases bloodflow to mind and muscle is by restricting bloodflow to the digestive and reproductive systems, so if you're having digestive issues or having a hard time having a hard time, caffeine intake might be worth experimenting with.

    Back with my macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Debated telling them just fill the cup with espresso and forgo the milk entirely. Also debating calling off dayjob and just going back to bed. Overslept cuz I went to bed with a migraine but migraine is gone now, so I got that going for me, at least. Still exhausted though.

    Can I get a huge mindless batch, please? And then maybe a coma? Kthxbye.
