10/26 - Thwarted Thursday!

What kind would you recommend if I'm going to be doing a lot of coding? I have some classes next semester that I've heard will have you type for hours a night on the homework.

 

One of the other forum members said they had better luck calling them

I've been talking to them all week. On Monday, they didn't know what was going on and gave that canned answer. On Tuesday, they knew it was an issue and were getting started working on it. I just called today for an update, they said they hope to have it resolved by end of business today, no promises, however.

There was a glitch in communication with their computer system. The Payments guy said it was an "all hands on deck" high priority issue and that they are very aware of it, and have been, still are, working to fix the problem.

 

I love going on there for posts like that, it's hilarious how much people will complain but then won't take any advice given to them. If they aren't going to work efficiently then of course they aren't going to make any money. Your response to them was good in that post
