Lay off the sugar water and drink water. Chicken broth would be even better. Your body is /has produced a lot of acid from drinking and it strips the lining in the stomach. Damaged lining plus more acid = bent over in pain. 99% of a hangover is dehydration. Electrolytes are important but if you have sweated a lot then you are not short on salts just fluids. Your blood is like a highway and when you dehydrate the highway slows down. So no more salt or sugar just water to get that blood away from the syrupy side. Remember, dilution is the solution to pollution. aka drink more water...slowly.

I have no idea. This is the first and only one I have ever done of the 2.81s. It's a fail too, sucks that I have to watch 28 minutes of a dude sucking at surgery. Lol
