It'll depend on where you are. Probably not, but there's still lake effect snow in certain areas. But the Erie area (I'm assuming that's what NW PA means) is likely to have gotten more snow.

You're correct, I was just south of Erie, I think our average is about 80" of snow a year. I'm that weird person though that loves the cold and the snow, so I'll take what I can get.

You can get a CC permit here. It just costs a lot more than it should and you have to pass a background check and other states CC permits aren't good for here.
