@ChrisTurk , something for the TV to-do list - add in an option for a second/third Requester name to account for requesters trying to escape bad reviews with name changes (see requester Surveyor as an example - currently going by MusicSurvey). Maybe something in the Quick Info area that references other names the requester has gone by.

 

What I want to do is direct-link them, but I need a good - like seriously fool-proof - proven duplicate account to do it with. Was gonna use Tjololo's new one whenever he actually uploads a HIT from it, but if you've got an example hit me with it pleaseeee

Name change usually retains same requester ID anyway, that should be proof enough, just look at A298J41B18XVRG.

 

Yeah I misread her post I think. When I saw 'escape old reviews' I just assumed it would be a new RID 'cause otherwise it'd still be attached.

Aliases are a different story, though same thing I've been waiting for a good use-case example of it on TV so I could make sure anything I do actually works correctly haha. Added it though & bookmarked this req for when I get into it.

Yes, that's what this one did. I'd have to think about examples of the other variety. Possibly Easy&FastPictureRatingTurk that then became CreativeCheckup. They later became I think it was RateAds and think that had a separate Requester ID, but they kept possession of all the same quals.

IPSoft is one to use possibly, they aren't escaping anything, but they have the old RID and the new one that should be linked.

Yeah, you might need to message them, they let us know through a hit and I think that served as a qual. I've messaged them before and heard back same day. Just mention that you've done their HITs in the past if you don't have access to the next batch that drops.
